Lisa Valentine
Director of Operations
Lisa is the Director for Operations for AlterSeekers. Prior to joining AlterSeekers, she was an Account Supervisor at Seismicom, a leading brand promotions agency. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in promotional marketing and account management for companies including Don Jagoda Associates, MediaAmerica/Jones Satellite Networks, and Marden-Kane, where she handled Fortune 100 client accounts. She’s well-known for developing strong client relationships, creatively negotiating marketing alliances, crafting unique promotional concepts, effectively integrating online and traditional marketing methods, and successfully managing and motivating her account teams. A true detail person, Lisa strives to bring something new and fresh to every promotional campaign she manages, to the delight of her clients. On the personal side, Lisa is an accomplished Masters Swimmer and Triathlete, competing often in long distance open water swim races and multi-sport events, and has also been a member of the famed Jones Beach Lifeguard Corps since 2006. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Hagedorn Foundation, which supports and promotes Social Equity Across Long Island.
