Brent McLean
Account Director
Brent McLean is an Account Director for AlterSeekers. Prior to joining AlterSeekers, Brent managed projects in the Customer Marketing department at T-Mobile USA. His focus was on direct marketing communications including direct mail and email, online customer marketing for T-Mobile.com and My.T-Mobile.com, and integrated customer promotions. Brent also worked in Product Marketing at Xerox Corporation where he designed solutions to optimize the customer experience for B2B sales. He has experience managing large cross-functional, multi-channel and multi-agency programs.
Prior to earning his MBA in Marketing (with a branding and e-Marketing focus), Brent was a Software Design Engineer for Hewlett-Packard, where he designed industry-leading customer experiences for HP’s imaging software. He also hired and managed a global team of engineers and contractors to efficiently implement international software solutions and to create proofs of concept for cutting-edge software features.
Brent tries to approach every new task with a mix of big-picture strategic thinking, creative passion, methodical project management, and a love for innovation and technology.
